Where do I credit the school and student with my purchase?

You will be asked to provide the Student Name or Student Code and Organization Code when you order online. This is how the school and student will receive credit for your purchase.

Where do I find the organization code?

The Organization code will often be included in the parent letter given to each of the students when they receive their catalogs and order forms. You can also contact the person in charge of the fundraiser or the seller. Our website also includes an online search to find the group you would like to support or you can call us at 888-303-7533 and we can look up the code for you.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

How will I know if my order went through?

After submitting your order, our website will give you an order confirmation that can be printed and an email confirmation will also be sent to you.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once Nature's Vision ships your order, we will email you a shipping notification with a link to track your order.

Will sales tax be charged on Online Orders?

Sales tax is only required in the state of New Jersey where Nature's Vision Fundraising is located. New Jersey residents will not pay tax on Tee Shirts and Long Sleeve Shirts as clothing is exempt from tax in NJ.

Is it safe to provide credit card information on your site?

Nature's Vision processes credit cards using Authorize.net a secure service provider. We take every possible step to ensure that your credit information is secure. Your credit card will be billed at the time you place an order. We do not store your credit card information.

Does a student need to register to receive credit for purchases on their behalf.

A student does not need to register to receive credit. Customers provide credit to the students when placing their orders by entering the student's name or code.

Can we order products online from both the Uncle Jerry’s Tees and Nature’s Vision websites on the same order?

Yes, you can order any products that are available on Uncle Jerry’s Tees or Nature’s Vision website and we will ship all items together. You will receive one credit card charge and one invoice as long as you place the order together on the same transaction.

Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or internationally?

At this time Nature's Vision only ships to the 48 continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or internationally.

The school’s sale is over, but I’d like to order more products. How can I do that?

You can still go online and place orders at any time. Your school will get credit for these orders as long as you include their Organization Code.

Do online orders count towards student prizes?

Yes as long as orders are placed during the fundraiser. Orders placed after the fundraiser has ended and the paper order forms have been received will not count toward student prizes.

Do the online orders ship directly to the customer or the school/group?

Our online orders are shipped directly to the customer.

How does a participant register online to be a seller?

Click the Student/Seller Login at the top right of the screen and complete the seller sign up process.

Can an order be cancelled after it is placed?

Call us at 888-303-7533 or email us at info@naturesvisionfundraising.com and if the order has not yet shipped we will cancel it for you.

What is your Return Policy?

All of our products are 100% guaranteed. If you have any questions or issues with a purchase, please call us at 888-303-7533 or send an email to info@naturesvisionfundraising.com. Items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of delivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded and items must be returned in new condition. Please repack the items in their original packing, if possible, with the packing slip.
